how to get my itch.io page reviewed?

I emailed itch.io support on January 21, 2023 because I noticed that my main itch.io page still shows that it needs to be reviewed by a moderator.

I received a reply "Your request (140985) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff."

The page still isn't available.
